Her strong focus has been on outreach programs of the company. As part of Rockland Hospitals she has taken number of social initiatives. With her 30 years of successful being a part of large enterprises, she now wants to focus on serving the Below Poverty Line market through the medium of financial inclusion focusing on female entrepreneurs
